Care instructions
All items are made from wool and should be cared for as such.
if cleaning is needed, a damp rag with no cleaner on it can be used to to spot clean. It is not recommended to machine wash any of our products.
If pilling of surface is an issue, you can lightly trim wool, being very careful not to snip any stitches or bead work. However, pilling is a natural occurrence and in no way effects the product. In fact the more you use it the more it should mat down and pilling will not be an issue.

Custom and personalized orders

Already listed items cannot be customized or changed.
**Custom orders will have a 35% surcharge added on to clutch price. Surcharge covers time/labor/extra supplies spent on your order. Custom orders take 3-6 weeks to ship. This type of order is based on your color selections, however; the design and pattern of such order is to the creativeness of our designer and cannot be changed once order is in progress. Size, color and any special features can be discussed by direct messaging. Once order is complete it will be listed as a reserved item under your name. You will be notified on its completion.
